   Yesterday when I got home, BT informs me he showed the house. ?? There isn't even a sign in the yard! "The house is a wreck! Are you kidding me?", I was shocked. He showed it to the woman in the white Honda that swears she knows me whom I had never seen in my life prior to the three times she stopped him in the middle of the street to ask about the house, over the last 4 months. "She wouldn't take no for an answer," he said as he told me how she just came right in. "And she has money to put down!" He proclaimed, followed by, "But she only wants to rent if for two years because God is returning in 2012." You can imagine my response.
"OK! Then we won't have to worry about the remaining 25 years owed on the house anyway."

No not really.
I can see us trying to collect rent after two years if the Lord holds off a while longer.

BT gave her my work number to discuss the options.
