As I mentioned earlier, I had to borrow Sissy's camera for the party. Look what I found in it....

I had to borrow my Mother-In-Law's camera Sunday because my camera quit working.
She took this photo at a friend's funeral. They were also at Papa's.

Happy Birthday, Pookie!

Today Ken is 5!!
She is so excited! She woke up this morning expecting to go to kindergarten. Instead, we went to get do-nuts to take to her class. She's a little bummed that she waited all this time to be five just to go to "big kid" school and now she has to wait some more.
I couldn't take off work today, but tomorrow she and I are skipping work and school and plan on spending the day together. I have a feeling we'll start out at Chuck-E-Cheese and end up and the nail salon.
She had a wonderful birthday party Sunday at Pump It Up. We had a great turn out and she loved every gift she got. I think B and I had as much fun as she did. I'm still sore!!!

Bees and Honey

This day, B and I went with his friend, Ray, to remove a family of honey bees from an old house. I was so excited!! Until one stung me on the back. Honey bees hurt!

Kam's Questions...

On Wednesday nights I have school from 6-10, so by the time I get home, the girls have been asleep for (hopefully) hours.
Thursday morning while I was getting ready for work Kam was standing beside me fixing her hair (yes, all three of us girls get ready in the same bathroom every morning. We DO have 2 bathrooms, but this is our routine) and asked, "So what time did you get home last night?"
I was a bit taken aback, but said "About 10:25."
Then she said,"So how many kids are in your class?"
Keep in mind, this is an adult learning program....how cute is that?
I simply said, "I don't know 15 or 20. Not real sure."
That was it. That's all she needed to know. She just continued to get ready and didn't say much else. She is so calm and quietly funny. Ken is more flamboyant and brave than Kam. The just crack me up!

Re Max First Choice

We listed the house with Re Max Sunday. We sent the girls outside to play....check out this photo the agent just sent me...



We are only listing it for 90 days. Hopefully that will do the trick. Keeping it clean everyday is a struggle. We signed the girls up for softball, so games will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with our classes on Wednesday and tournaments on the occasional Saturday. Look at the bright side...at least we'll never be home to mess the house up!

I gave up. We are listing our house with ReMax on Sunday. I realize this will take the majority of our equity, but I can't handle the stress of it!! BT and I rented a storage unit and will be "de-cluttering" all day Saturday. Feel free to come help us...Pop.

I must say that I am very disappointed in the advise received from you all regarding our poor little struggling sheep.
The only words of wisdom we received were from someone "Anonymous". Has anyone read "Anonymous" comment? It is simply "Bullit".
I'm confused. I can't decided if that person meant to say
"Bulls*it" or "Bullet".

We wonder who this could have been.....

Scrabble

Last night after B and I put the girls down, we decided to play a quick game of Scrabble. There is no such thing as a "quick" game of scrabble.
At one point when B was at a lost for words,
he said "I need a valve"...a Vowel!!! I love it!! I laughed so hard I cried.
Poor BT.
OK. I can't have you all just make fun of him....
I tried to spell egg E-E-G.

Bah Bah Black Sheep: Advice Needed!

Our little sheep, bless his ignorant heart, seems to be sick. He has been foaming at the mouth for a few days....
Since he isn't aggressive or angry we're fairly confident he isn't rabid, however, we googled this symptom and it could be any number of things. If you have any knowledge of foaming sheep, we'd appreciate your input!

Kam & Abbie

We got to ride our horses Saturday. Kam did great and I didn't fall off my English saddle!! WooHoo!!

I love the way the goats (and sheep) follow us whenever we have a bucket!

So Ken had diarrhea the other morning. Lovely, I know.
She comes out of the bathroom and says:

"Momma, my stomach hurts and my poop is melted again."

What a sweet girl.
